Can’t figure out what takes to be productive?

So many incidents happen in our life which leads us into the confusing world where we’re able to identify “why are we doing this or that”.since past three months I was doing my tasks without even asking me the question “why am I doing it? And this made me sometimes confused and productive.

To solve this, I conducted my self-assessment in order to know more about myself and it worked.

So in this blog, I would be sharing with you how many times do you feel stuck at your personal growth:

Step – 1 Cut yourself from the world for 1 hour:

How many times do you feel stuck at your personal growth?

The first step is very simple; You just have to cut yourself from the world for one hour and lock your self in a silent room. Switch off your phone, don’t talk to your parents. stay still.

The proper way for doing this is by meditating. I know being in a meditative state for 1 hour is not easy for the people who have not done this type of activity before.

It will become easy for you if you follow this:
Just focus on your natural tendency of breath. And let your mind be calm and still.

Step- 2 Introspection

How many times do you feel stuck at your personal growth?

The second step is introspection. Introspection is the examination or observation of one’s own mental and emotional processes.

So in this step, you ask yourself questions along with your one-hour meditative state.

Questions may be related to your career, life goals, etc.


Here are the few important questions, you can ask:


What is my background today in the form of parentage or religion or the environment or availability of facilities and resources?


What are my potential, abilities, skills, and capabilities?


What are my limitations? Will I be able to rise or grow?

How much will I be able to achieve a high position?


What are my positive and negative attributes which contribute to my real strength and weakness and enable me to cross hurdles in my way?

Step-3 Making notes

How many times do you feel stuck at your personal growth?

This is the last and important step of self assessment. If you do not do it properly, then your efforts will be wasted.

After doing meditation along with introspection, write down the conclusions.

After getting conclusions, then start developing a strategy and plan to tackle your problems.

This is how you can conduct self-assessment for your personal growth and make your life easy.
