Stress is a feeling of muscle tension or pain , It can come from any source and that makes you feel angry , nervous and frustrated .
There are many people which are tackle a stress on daily basis and some of them committed suicide .
According to the report 1,50,000+ people are reported the stress in all over the world .
Yes , we can surely say that if you follow these steps then you can easily overcome by stress.

1. Never be afraid of problems
“Problem” This word is very common in our day to day life .
Everybody have a problems in their life but how to face these problems is all over our choice .
Don’t let the problem get too hard on you.
2. Don’t take yourself too seriously
We are think too much and we except a lot from ourselves.
Thereafter work according to that when it’s not achieve then we get depress and stress which are very bad four ourselves.
We should take this in positive way and not take seriously . Set a new goal and work again.
3. Let go the past and move on
Don’t let the past get into hard on you . If we do this then we can’t be go forward .
And also we knows very well that we can’t change our past but we can change our future , therefore we should forget past and move on to future.
